This project included housing as its main program, as well as spaces such as shopping center, a multistorey car park and costal commercial areas. General form of the perimeter block has shaped according to the views of houses and roof terraces, location of parking and shopping in the base of the block, and costal pedestrian lines and squares.
1 initial perimeter block and raised courtyard
2 defining the peripheral spaces (front and see-side)
3 improving the vista and increasing public spaces
4 leveling courtyard and block to increase daylight gain
