The objective of this short project was to design a protective roof for an archeological mausoleum (Hekatomnos) in city of Milas. The design emphasizes the structural aspects of the roof, in a way that it can define spaces by having its axes distorted both horizontally and vertically. The proposal includes tension elements (cables) holding triangular trusses. Below the deformation of the initial grid is shown (Truss barrel vault as the initial structure).
